Structure

 

The Trust is governed by a Trust Deed. The assets of IForUT are vested in the Trustee, Bank of Ireland Trust Services, on behalf of Unit Holders. The Trustee is also responsible for ensuring all the Trust's activities are carried out in accordance with the Trust Deed.

Committee of Management

The Committee of Management is responsible for the Operation of IForUT. It comprises of representatives of investors and leading pensions, forestry and financial experts.

The staff of IForUT are responsible for the day to day operation of the Trust.
